We would like to thank those who have participated in and have been following this programme of work.

Our team completed the second community workshop in August and have since spent the time reviewing all feedback that will contribute to the final Framework proposal.

As you will be aware, the new Council has recently been elected and sworn in. The next steps will be to take the new Council through this programme of work, ensuring they are aware of the values and priorities we have heard from the community, and that it aligns with the direction they are to set for the next triennium. There are also a number of other work programmes underway that will feed into the final Ngongotahā Development Framework ensuring that future development for the village and the surrounding areas is cohesive and well-planned.

At this stage the delivery of the final Framework is pending while we await Council direction, and the outcomes of those other work programmes. While we work towards completion of the final Framework proposal, we will continue to keep the community updated as progress is made.
