In 2021, we conducted a review of local road and state highway speed limits in and around Rotorua, in partnership with Waka Kotahi NZTA.

District Plan - Plan Change 1 - Minor Changes
The Reserve Management Plan has been developed to support the future management of Hannahs Bay/Waikawau Reserve.
The Long-Term Plan 2018-28 set out what Council proposed achieving over the following 10 years and how that would be funded.
This 2018 amendment to the Traffic Bylaw 2015 was made to define "shared paths" and "shared zones".
The purpose of this Plan Change is to make some minor additions for signage and other miscellaneous changes to the Rotorua District Plan.
