District Plan - Plan Change 1 - Minor Changes
The plan change is intended to clarify and improve the provisions for managing noise, as well provide clear references to the New Zealand standard.
This 2018 amendment to the Traffic Bylaw 2015 was made to define "shared paths" and "shared zones".
The purpose of this Plan Change is to make some minor additions for signage and other miscellaneous changes to the Rotorua District Plan.
