About this renewal

About this play space renewal

Rotorua Lakes Council is replacing the playground near Alison Street (Linton Park East) with two new play spaces:

The focus for the Alison Street play space is on younger tamariki up to the age of 6 years, to provide for their needs and abilities.

We want to ensure that the community has the opportunity to contribute to the design of the new play space, to generate a sense of pride and ownership, and to ensure Council creates a space that reflects the needs and aspirations of the community.
